CHALLENGE

A single tool for employee messaging and engagement, this mobile app and startup brings together the features you have grown to love about email, collaboration, file sharing, instant messaging and analytics.

The challenge within marketing communications was two fold. First, awareness of the app among key decision makers in specific industry clusters was sparse. Second, organic website traffic needed a much needed boost, with the ultimate goal of generating qualified leads through the website.

STRATEGY

At a high level, we leveraged content to drive awareness, improve organic search engine visibility, and solidify credibility with prospects, ultimately improving conversion rates and capturing leads.

We envisioned three basic types of content: 

  1. Thought leadership / Authority focus
  2. Lead generation focus
  3. Awareness focus 

These are not, however, mutually exclusive.

From the outset, we recommended building out a “Resource” section to how the authoritative content and resources. This will lay the foundation for the content that will follow.
